Recently relocated to a larger 50,000 square foot facility in the heart of Vaughan, Rolltec® has its own engineering department, machine shop and computerized sewing operation.
What sets Rolltec® apart from other awning companies is that the majority of parts are designed and produced in-house. Rolltec® is the only Canadian manufacturer to fabricate spring loaded lateral arms themselves employing specially constructed machinery. Rolltec® awnings are crafted using proven European traditions combined with advanced North American technology and the best materials such as stainless steel and aluminum. To ensure we retain the highest quality standards, the sewing department utilizes automated operations that provide flawless stitching and seams on their resilient, acrylic fabrics. The on-staff Engineering team at Rolltec® is continuously perfecting all aspects of awning technology. Our engineers keep an eye out for advancements and implement leading-edge changes to their production. Many hours of comprehensive testing are completed prior to any new designs being introduced, which accredit to an impressive 10-year warranty.
